摘要
介绍了PBO纤维的结构、性能及应用,阐述了低温等离子体的相关概念、分类及放电机理。将低温等离子体技术应用于PBO纤维表面性能的改善中,研究发现,经低温等离子体改性后的PBO纤维,表面变得粗糙,浸润性增强,粘着性改善,为开发PBO纤维增强树脂基复合材料以及PBO纤维层压织物功能纺织品都具有指导意义。最后,探讨了存在的技术问题,并对前景作了展望。
Low temperature plasma treatment is a useful technique for the surface modification of PBO fiber for improving the surface properties.In this paper,following the brief description of PBO fiber structure,properties and application are introduced.It also elaborates the characteristic and classification and ignition method of low temperature plasmas.The application of low temperature plasmas in modifying the surface of PBO fiber,it showed that the surface of PBO fiber becomes rough,invasive enhanced and adhesion improved.It has guided signification for development PBO fiber reinforced plastics composites and PBO fiber lamination fabric.Finally,technique problems are discussed and the prospect is presented.
