运用高速摄影及解析的方法 ,对我国优秀女子推铅球技术速度变化特征进行研究 ,结果发现 ,在滑步阶段铅球的运动速度须与身体重心运动速度的下降相适应 ,以便形成有利的最后用力姿势。运动成绩在1 9.0 1～ 2 1 .5 2 m时 ,铅球速度适应区段为 1 .870～ 2 .1 38m/

The characteristics of the change of the rate in shot put technique of the Chinese elite female shut putters were studied by high speed photographing and analysis. The results indicated that during sliding the motion rate of the shot put should be adapted to the decreased motion rate of the center of gravity of the body so as to form the beneficial position in the final effort. When the results of putting the shot are 19.01~21.52m, the rate adaptive areas of the shot put are 1.870~2.138 m/s.
