作为美国典型的军用飞机研制项目,F-35战斗机、AH-64直升机和"全球鹰"无人机项目备受经济可承受性的困扰。本文概述了美国F-35战斗机、AH-64直升机和"全球鹰"无人机项目成本增长的情况,并对成本增长的原因进行了分析,总结了影响军用飞机成本的主要因素。
As typical military aircraft development projects, projects of those F-35 fighter, AH-64 helicopter and Global Hawk UAS have suffered affordability problems. This paper outlined cost growth scenarios for those projects, and analyzed the reasons for increasing cost, and summed up the main factors for impacting the increasing cost of military aircraft.
