摘要
冲击回波法是基于应力波的一种检测结构厚度、缺陷的无损检测方法,由于方法自身仅需要单一测试面及单点可判定等优势,很好的解决了部分建筑物、构筑物关键构件厚度、内部缺陷难以检测的技术难题,如水闸的边墩、翼墙、闸底板、箱涵侧墙、底板等构件的厚度与内部缺陷检测。现阶段冲击回波法主要用于测试混凝土板、混凝土路面、飞机跑道、隧道的二衬、其它板状混凝土结构的厚度,并能定位缺陷(包括孔洞、裂缝、蜂窝)位置,也可对混凝土结构中预应力管内未灌浆区域和灌浆不密实区域进行测试。
Impact-echo method is used to detecting thickness and defects of structure as a NDT method which is based on stress waves.Because the method itself requires only a single test surface and the other advantages of a single point can be determined,It is a good solution to the technical problems that some key components of buildings and structures is dit^cult to detect the thickness and internal defects,Such as sluice side pier,wing walls,sluice bottom,box culvert side walls,floor and other components of the thickness and internal defect detection,The present stage impact-echo method is mainly used for testing concrete slabs, concrete roads,runways, tunnel secondary lining,the other plate thickness of concrete structures, And it can locate defects (including holes,cracks,cellular) location,Furthermore, the impact-echo method can also be used to detect ungrouped and grouting not dense areas in the prestressed tube on concrete structure.
