流变特性在大体积混凝土工程中的应用研究

摘要 基于新拌混凝土流变特性良好表征拌合料和易性的特点,研究量化混凝土原材料微调掺量与流变性参数之间数值关系。通过全流程自动化量测混凝土流变性参数,分析处理后反馈调节原材料微调方案,以此达到优化新拌混凝土工作性能的目的,并结合应用实例,说明流变特性反馈调节理论的可行性、科学性。 Based on the fact of the fresh concrete rheological properties is a good representation of concrete workability,quantified the numerical relationship between the increment of concrete materials and rheological parameters.By establishing the whole flow of automatic measurement of concrete rheological parameters,analysis and feedback adjusting the micro increment of raw materials,on this count improve the working performance of the fresh concrete. Combined with the application example,proved the feedback control theory based on rheological parameters is scientific and feasibility.
