摘要
本文研究了将单光栅经过幻灯装置放大,与光栅屏幕结合形成莫尔条纹来测量汽车玻璃前风挡的光畸变分布及大小。对测量后得到的莫尔条纹分布图进行了二值和细化的图像处理,得到光畸变的值。实验结果表明,该测量方法对分析汽车风挡玻璃的光畸变整体分布效果较好,是可行的。
This article is mainly for studying on the question of optical distortion test by the way of moir 6 fringe.The moir fringes picture was put into image processing and gotten the optical distortion data.The test data shows that this test way can get better result of the whole distribution of the windscreen.
