膨润土对花岗岩机制砂砂浆性能的影响

Effect of bentonite on the performance of the granite manufactured-sand mortar

为了改善机制砂砂浆和易性能,在花岗岩机制砂砂浆中掺入膨润土,并分别探讨了不同掺量的膨润土对砂浆流动度、稠度、分层度和强度的调控作用。结果表明,随着膨润土掺量的增加,砂浆需水量增大,流动度、稠度、分层度减小,膨润土可以很好的改善砂浆的保水性能;掺膨润土后砂浆强度提高,掺0.9%时,砂浆保水率最佳,抗折抗压强度最大。

In order to improve workabiliW of manufactured-sand mortar, guanite manufactured-sand mortar mixed with bentonite,and discussed the role of different dosage of bentonite that had played on mortar fluidity, consistency,layered degree,mortar compressive and flexural strength.The results show that,mortar water demand increases,fluidity,consistency,stratification decreases with increasing bentoifite dosage.Bentonite can be good to improve the water retention properties of the mortar.Doped bentonite mortar strength improved,when doped with 0.9%,mortar has best water retention,flexural,compressive strength also reached maximum.
