摘要
测量不确定度评定系误差评定理论的扩展,在数据处理领域具有重要地位,在测量领域中发挥重要作用,已成为一门新的研究课题。测量不确定度评定,是描述测量结果质量的重要指标。测量不确定度作为一种衡量测量水平的指标已被世界各国及许多国际组织所重视,本文论述了测量不确定度的概念,不确定度与误差的区别,测量不确定度的评定分类,及测量不确定度的应用进展。
Measurement uncertainty error evaluation theory is an extension of the data processing field has an important position in the measurement field play an important role,has become a new research topic.Measurement uncertainty,is to describe an important indicator of the quality of the measurement results.As a measure of the uncertainty of measurement indicators measuring the level of the world and has been valued by many international organizations.This paper discusses the concept of measurement uncertainty,uncertainty and error is the difference,measurement uncertainty assessment classification and measurement uncertainty Application.
