摘要
钻头在粘土层中钻进时非常容易造成粘土包裹钻头的糊钻现象,糊钻现象严重影响施工进程和质量。本文对糊钻的现象进行研究,通过模型试验,分析出产生糊钻的原因。针对工程中普通回旋钻头,对其加装优化鱼尾装置,并对鱼尾结构进行不同形式的改造,通过试验对比观察不同结构形式对糊钻产生的影响。鱼尾钻头通过结构形式的改变,能够更有利于排渣和钻进,从而有效地减缓糊钻现象的发生。
When the drill bit drills in the plastic clay,it is very easy to form paste drilling, seriously affecting the progress and quality of construction.With studies of the phenomenon of drill paste,we found out its cause by model experimental analysis.We chose the ordinary bored pile drill for the optimizing subject through adding fishtail structure and also transformed the structure into several different forms,with further experiments comparing the effects of different structural forms on the impact of drilling paste. Fishtail drill through the change of the structure can be more conducive to the slag and drilling to effectively slow down the paste occurrence of the phenomenon.
