摘要
为控制超厚水泥稳定碎石基层质量,防止基层施工中因变异而导致薄弱面的产生,进行了超厚宽幅水稳碎石基层强度变异关键因素主次关系研究。通过现场调研确定选取含水量、水泥剂量、级配(4.75mm筛孔通过率)作为主要影响基层施工质量的三个因素。在此基础上,按照正交表进行了相应的室内试验,并运用灰色关联理论分析了影响因素的主次关系。结果表明:影响超厚宽幅水稳碎石基层强度变异的主要因素的主次分别为水泥剂量、含水量、4.75mm通过率。
In order to control the quality of thick cement stabilized macadam base and prevent the generation of weak surface by the variation of base course construction,the main factors affecting the construction quality of cement stabilized macadam was confirmed.There are water content,cement dose,grading(4.75mm passing rate) the orthogonal table was used laboratory experiments, It analysised the primary and secondary relationship by used the Gray-relation Theory.The results show that the primary and secondary order that impacting variation of cement stabilized macadam is cement dose,4.TBmm pass rate,moisture content.
