在我国市场经济体制下,公路工程建设有着举足轻重的地位,但随着公路建设的不断发展,工程质量问题日益严重,因此如何进行工程质量监督管理已成亟待解决的问题。本文阐述了工程质量监督管理的职责、意义以及特点,分析了公路建设质量监督管理中存在的问题,提出了加强工程质量监督管理的有效措施。

In China＇ s market economy, highway construction has a pivotal position, but with continuous the development of highway construction,engineering quality problem is getting worse,so how engineering quality supervision and management has become a urgent problem to be solved.This paper describes the engineering quality supervision and management responsibilities,significance and characteristics,analysis the existing problems in the supervision and management of highway construction quality,puts forward some suggestions on strengthening the supervision and management of effective measures.
