采用文献资料综述的方法，从生物力学、生物化学、分子生物学等方面阐述了关节软骨损伤的机理。但是各种因素间的相互作用还不清楚，本文试图为进一步研究这一课题提供线索。

Based on the reference materials of ten years, author summerized the machinism of articular cartilage injury. But interacti0n of all these factor are still not very clear,the article try to provide clues to further reaserch on this topic.
