Study on COD Rapid Test Quality Control Method

化学需氧量(COD)是水质监测的一个重要指标,可作为衡量水体有机物相对含量的指标。由于重铬酸钾标准法存在分析时间长、效率低的缺点,快速测定法近年来越发受到重视。研究了COD快速密闭消解分光光度法,并通过建立实验室内部质量控制方法对测定全过程进行监控,能够有效提高分析过程的准确性。

The chemical Oxygen Demand(COD) is an important index of monitoring the water quality,and can be taken as the index of balancing the relative content of the organic compounds in water.The rapid test method is more and more noted in recent years because of the potassium dichromate standard method with the disadvantages of long analysis time and low efficiency.The article studies the COD rapid digestion spectrophotometry,and introduces the establishment of laboratory inner quality control method to monitor the whole process of test,which can effectively improve the accuracy of the analysis process.
