船舶管线隔振支座布局几何优化设计方法 被引量:3

摘要 海洋工程船舶管线隔振支座布局直接影响到管线整体的结构性能和经济性。在船舶管线隔振支座布局优化规范设计法的基础上,进一步提出了隔振支座布局几何优化设计模型与方法。该方法假定支座总数目,采用迭代优化算法求解,通过确定各支座的几何位置坐标实现布局优化。该迭代算法依据约束条件的满足情况及变步长的临界间距值来确定支座数量的减少与增加,最终得到较优的支座数目及间距。以应用于某舰艇的二维管道为例,用该方法对其隔振支座布局进行优化设计,并将不同目标函数下的优化结果同规范设计法所得结果进行了对比。比较结果表明,该模型与方法具有较好的可行性与稳定性。 The layout of seismic restraints in pipeline systems in offshore vessels has a direct influence on the performance and construction cost of the whole pipeline structure.Based on the code method for optimal allocations of seismic restraints in pipeline systems in ships,the geometry optimization models and design method are proposed.According to the presented method,the initial numbers of seismic restraints can be defined by random assumptions.Then the locations of each restraint are obtained by geometry optimization.An iterative procedure is employed in solving the presented optimization models,in which an adjustable searching step is adopted to determine the critical distance of the neighboring restraints.The criteria of the deletion and adding of the seismic restraints in pipeline depend on the satisfaction of behavior constraints and the value of critical distance.After optimization,the optimal numbers and locations of the seismic restraints in pipeline are obtained.The effectiveness and reliability of the proposed methods are demonstrated by comparison of the optimal allocations of seismic restraints in ship pipeline systems obtianed by both the code-based and the geometry optimization-based design methods with different objectives.
