摘要
采用高速摄影和影片解析方法,对我国优秀男子百米运动员途中跑阶段支撑腿缓冲技术进行对比分析。结果显示:我国运动员支撑动作不合理、支撑腿膝关节缓冲幅度过大,影响了蹬伸与摆动速度;缓冲时间过长,影响了步频的提高。提出我国短跑选手应加强肌肉退让性工作能力的理念。
By high - speed photography and film analysis, the authors make a comparative analysis on the buffering technique of the Chinese elite 100 m runners' supporting leg during the intermediate running. The results show that since the supporting movements are not reasonable and the buffering range of the supporing leg's knee is excessively large, the drive - stretch and swing speed are affected; since the buffering time is too long, the increase of step frequency is affected.
