跳马“踺子转体180°前手翻屈体前空翻”动作上板踏跳技术分析

Analysis on Tread Technique of Vaulting-horse Movement-round-off and 1/2 Twist to Forward Handspring

采用三维影片解析法，分析了许钢跳马“踺子转体180°前手翻”类动作上极踏跳技术。结果表明：许钢在侧手翻推离地面时已开始了“纵转180°向外转体”，至着板、蹬离时已完成了较大幅度的转体动作；踏跳过程中，水平速度损失少，重心轨迹左右偏离度小。

By three - dimensional film interpretation and analysis, the authors analyze the tread and takeoff technique of Xu Gang's vaulting - horse movement - round - off and 1/2 twist to forward handspring. The results show that when Xu Gang pushed off the ground in doing the side roll, he had already begun the 'vertical 1/2 twist and outside twist'. As he touched the board and took off, he had finished bigger twist. During the tread and takeoff phase, the loss of horizontal velocity and the bios of the gravity are both minor.
