During the construction of Shijiazhuang Taiyuan pipeline project by SINOPEC Sales Company under the difficult conditions of complex geological and topographical, topography broken, fragile ecology, and poor social supports,the practice and experience on insisting people-oriented, strict and effective implementation of HSE management system, and achieving good economic and social benefits are described.
