摘要
加强医院档案管理工作,不仅需要医院领导层面对医院档案工作的重视和支持,同时要加强员工的档案意识,提高医院档案从业人员的自身素质。该文结合医院档案工作实际,浅谈强化医院档案管理工作应采取的必要措施。
Strengthening hospital archive management does not only require the attention and support of hospital leaders, but also need the proper awareness of the employees and improvement of archive personnel＇s quality. This pa- per proposes the necessary measures to strengthen hospital archives management on the basis of the actual conditions of hospital archive management.
