介入治疗在宫颈癌临床治疗中的应用

Appllication of Interventional Ttherapy in Treatment of Cervical Ccarcinoma

目的：观察介入治疗在宫颈癌治疗中的应用。方法：对确诊为Ⅰb—Ⅱb期宫颈癌的18例患者采用双侧子宫动脉或髂内动脉介入治疗。使用药物：氟尿嘧啶1．0g，顺铂60mg，丝裂霉素10mg或表阿霉素30mg。妇科检查结合B超和CT测量化疗前后肿瘤大小，计算肿瘤消退百分比。2周内行根治性子宫切除术，术后病理检查结果提示淋巴结宫旁组织或阴道切缘阳性者必要时术后补充盆腔体外照射。结果：症状缓解率为100％（18／18）。其中，明显缓解率为78％（14／18），部分缓解率为22％（4／18），无患者行放疗治疗。结论：介入治疗配合手术治疗，可缩小肿瘤体积．减少淋巴结转移和临床播散，有利于宫颈癌手术治疗，提高宫颈癌患者的生活质量和生存率。

Objective：To observe the application of interventional therapy in treatment of cervical carcinoma Methods：18 cases of cervical carcinoma which diagnosed for Ⅰb-Ⅱb period were treated with intervention. Those drugs were used： 5-fluorouracil 1.0g, cisplatin 60mg, mitomyein 10rag or EADM30mg.Gynecological inspected with Ultrasound and CT inspected tumor size in being used before and after chemotherapy,all patients were operation. Those patients with pathologically of postopration showed that lymphgland or tissue of pelvic or incisded margin of vagina were positive, they needed to radiational treat on Invitor of pelvic. Results：After intervention, symptoms for 17 cases were alieviated to radiation treated. Symptom alleviation rates were 100 percent （18/18） ,in which,CR were 78 percent（14/18）,PR were 22 percent（4/18）. Conclusion：Intervention combined with operation can lessen size of tumor, reduce lymphgland transmission,it also can benefit cervicalcarcinoma of patients.It is an efficient method of increasing the survival rate and lessen side effect.
