摘要
观察小鼠骨骼肌乳酸脱氢酶同工酶谱在模拟高原训练及返回平原后的变化趋势 ,对高原训练影响机体运动能力的机理进行初步研究。结果显示 :在模拟高原训练 ( 2 30 0± 5 0 ) m期间小鼠骨骼肌乳酸脱氢酶同工酶谱向 M型偏移 ,而在高原训练的平原期间小鼠骨骼肌乳酸脱氢酶同工酶向 H型偏移 ,预示高原训练提高了骨骼肌代谢能力。
An observation is made on the trends of LDH isozyme patterns of mice skeletal muscle both under simulated altitude training and on plain conditions.The mechanism of the effects of altitude training on the motive ability of muscle is also studied.Studies showed that the LDH isozyme patterns of mice skeletal muscle changed towards M pattern during the simulated altitude training(which is 2 300±50m high),and towards H pattern during the plain period after the altitude training.This indicates that altitude training improves the metabolism of the mice skeletal muscle.
