危重病人一站式流动救护技术平台的建立

Establishment of a one-stop mobile ambulance technology platform for critically ill patients

急诊科作为每个医院窗口科室,不但担负着一般急诊病人的救治,更担负着危重病人的救治工作。危重病人在急诊科救治过程中,由于突发疾病病情不稳、诊断不明确往往死亡率高,风险大,医患矛盾多。为了提高危重病人的抢救成功率,本文提出建立"危重病人一站式流动救护技术平台",树立抢救室随病人移动的理念,实现急诊危重病人的抢救—明确诊断—进一步专科治疗这一流程的无缝衔接,缩短病人在绿色通道中的救治时间。有望提高危重病人救治水平,减少死亡,提高急诊急救水平。

As each hospital window sections, the emergency department is not only in charge of the treatment of general emergency patients, and more importantly is responsible for the treatment of critically ill patients. During the treatment process in the emergency department, due to sudden illness and unstable condition, the diagnosis was not clear, so there was high mortality risk, and multi-patient conflicts. In order to improve the survival rate of critically ill patients, we propose the idea to establish a ＂one-stop flow ambulance technology platform for critically ill patients＂, so that the emergency room moved with the patient and try to achieve seamless process during the emergency rescue of critically ill patients - diagnosis - further specialist treatment and then shorten patient treatment time in the green channel. It is expected to improve the level of treatment of critically ill patients and reduce mortality and improve thelevel of emergency first aid.
