试论培养高级体育科技人才的新途径

On the New Approach of Training Senior Talents of Sports Science

我国目前培养体育科技人才的渠道比较狭窄 ,体育科学研究学术带头人少 ,体育科技成果贡献率、转化率低。提出了培养高级体育科技人才的新途径 :即把培养体育科技人才的范围扩大到普通高校 ,特别是重点高校 ,以及中国科学院、中国社会科学院下属与体育相关的科研机构 ,利用这些学校和科研机构的有利条件 ,培养新型的体育学科研究生。

The channel to train talents of sports science is narrow in China.Leading scholars in sports science research are scarce.The achievement in sports research contributed little to economy.New approach to training senior sports science talents was brought forth.That is to extend the scope of training senior sports science talents to general higher learning institutions,especially,the key universities,as well as to the relative research institutes under Chinese Academy of Science and Chinese Academy of Social Science,for they have good conditions which should be made a full use of.
