摘要 随着数字技术的不断发展 ,数字减影血管造影技术 (DSA)成为血管疾病诊断特别是介入治疗不可缺少的检查手段。如何准确提取DSA血管边缘对于血管管径的测量具有重要的意义。针对DSA血管图像的特点 ,本文利用数字减影标准测试体模得到体模血管胶片图像 ,图像经数字扫描仪扫描后输入计算机。通过研究体模血管胶片图像的付氏变换特性 ,提出了利用血管灰度分布曲线的半值全宽为阈值的区域生长算法提取血管边界的新方法 ,在对临床图像的处理中取得了良好的效果 ,并为进一步测量血管管径创造了便利条件。 With development of digital technology, Digital Subtraction Angiography (DSA) now plays a very important role in medical diagnosis. How to find out the artery edge of DSA has good significance on the measurement of artery diameter. In view of the features of DSA imaging, we use DSA test phantom to obtain a simulated artery film image, digitize it by laser image scanner and input it to computer. A simple and new method is put forward by studying the Fourier transform characteristic of the simulated artery image. The method takes the full width on half maximum value of the artery gray scale distribution curve as a threshold, and uses segmentation and region growing to find out the edge of artery. It has been applied to clinical images and get good results. It also creates advantageous conditions for further research on the measurement of artery diameter.
