依达拉奉作用机制和临床应用研究进展 被引量:7

摘要 依达拉奉为一种强效的自由基清除剂,分子量小,脂溶性高,较易到达作用部位而发挥疗效,于2001年在日本上市,临床上主要用于缺血性脑卒中的治疗[1]。最近的研究结果表明,依达拉奉的作用机制涉及多个方面且临床应用不仅仅局限于缺血性脑卒中。
