摘要
目的建立测定胃泰舒胶囊中厚朴酚与和厚朴酚含量的高效液相色谱法。方法色谱柱为Waters Sunfire C18柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm);流动相为乙腈-甲醇-水(5:60:35,v/v/v);流速:1.0 mL min-1;检测波长为294 nm;柱温:35℃,进样量:10μL。结果厚朴酚在10.19~101.9μg mL-1与峰面积线性关系良好,r=0.998 9,平均回收率为98.4%,RSD=0.59%(n=6);和厚朴酚在10.05~100.5μg mL-1与峰面积线性关系良好,r=0.999 2,平均回收率为98.5%,RSD=1.3%(n=6)。结论该方法专属性强,操作简便,重现性好,适合胃泰舒胶囊的质量控制。
Objective To establish an HPLC method for the content determination of magnolol and honokiol in Weitaishu capsules.Methods HPLC was performed on Waters Sunfire C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm).The mobile phase consisted of acetoneitrcle-methanol-water(5 :60 :35,v/v/v).The flow rate was 1.0 mL min-1,the detection wavelength was 294 nm,and the column temperature was 35 ℃.Results The magnolol calibration curve was linear at 10.19-101.9 μg mL-1(r = 0.998 9),and the average recovery was 98.4%,with RSD of 0.59%(n = 6).The honokiol calibration curve was linear at 10.05-100.5 μg mL-1(r = 0.999 2),the average recovery was 98.5%,with RSD of 1.3%(n = 6).Conclusion The method is specific,simple,reproductive,and suitable for the quality control of Weitaishu capsules.
