摘要 目的通过检测人脑胶质瘤患者肿瘤组织中p53凋亡刺激蛋白抑制因子(inhibitorymemberoftheASPPfamilY)的表达水平,探讨其在肿瘤的发生、发展及预后中的作用。方法采用RT—PCR法检测p53凋亡刺激蛋白抑制因子(IASPP)mRNA在45例脑胶质瘤组织和13例正常脑组织中的表达水平。结果IASPP在胶质瘤Ⅱ~Ⅳ级中的表达均明显高于正常脑组织,而且在低分化组(Ⅲ~Ⅳ级)胶质瘤中的表达量显著高于高分化组(I~Ⅱ级)。结论IASPP在胶质瘤组织中高表达,而且表达水平和恶性程度有密切联系。IASPP的检测可作为胶质瘤恶性程度判断的参考,为从基因水平上探讨胶质瘤的生物学行为、预后及治疗提供新的思路。 Objective To investigate the expression levels of IASPP mRNA in human gliomas aand study their effects on tumor occurrence, development and prognosis. Methods RT-PCR was used to detect the expression of IASPP mRNA in 45 patients of human gliomas and 13 of normal brain tissues. Results The expression of IASPP mRNA in gliomas of grade II-IV is higher than normal brain tissues, and the expression of IASPP mRNA in gliomas of grade I-II (well- differentiated group ) is much lower than gliomas of grade III-IV ( poorly-different-iated group ). Conclusions The IASPP correlates to the oncogenesis and progression of human gliomas. The new methods targeting the IASPP can be an effective way to treat the human gliomas.
