老年人对家人的关怀满意度与健康状况的相关性

Relationship Between theElders' Satisfaction with Their Family Care and Their Health Status

采用整群抽样的方法,在唐山市路北区60岁及以上的老年人采用SF-36量表进行问卷调查,探讨老年人对家人的关怀满意程度对其健康状况的影响,为今后改善老年人的生存质量提供科学依据。老年人健康状况中的Pcs、PF、RP、BP、GH、SF、RE、MH与家人的关怀满意度相关,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。

Evaluating the health status of the eiders above 60 years old by using a cluster sampling method, question-naire investigation with SF-36 scale in the lubei district in Tangshan. To investigate the effect of satisfaction on the family care of the elders on their health status, providing a scientific basis for improving the quality of the elders＇ lives in the future. The health level in terms of Pcs, PF, RP, BP, GH, SF, RE, MH were relate to the elders＇ satisfac- tion with their family care and the difference has statistical significance （P 〈 0.05）. The relevant department and authority should be more responsible, a variety of approaches must be put forward to strengthen social and family support, and simultaneously, the satisfactions of old people are improved ,promoting healthy aging.
