The Comprehensive Application of Different Levels of Analysis in Translation

对于翻译过程的划分,不同的学者如赖斯、斯坦纳、奈达都从不同的角度出发给出了不同的见解。其中,广被认同的是从翻译的操作过程方面讲,将翻译过程分为理解、表达和审校三个阶段。主要从语体分析、语法分析、语义分析、语境分析、语用分析和语篇分析方面,研究了不同层面的分析在翻译过程中的综合运用,从而表明分析对于完美翻译的重要性。

For the division of the translation process, different scholars like Nida, Steiner, Riss have presented trom different angle their different views on it, While, the widely accepted view, in operation aspect, is that translation process should be divided into three stages including understanding, expression and review. In the article, I mainly discussed the integrative application of analysis of different aspects in translation process, from different aspects in-cluding stylistic analysis, grammatical analysis, semantic analysis ,context analysis, pragmatic analysis and discourse analysis. Thereby, analysis is very important for perfect translation.
