高负压在超声乳化手术中的应用

The application of high vacuum method in phacoemulsification

目的 :探讨高负压在超声乳化手术中的应用 ,并对其效果进行评价。方法 :采用拦截劈核技术结合高负压 ,对 60只眼老年性白内障行超声乳化摘除术 ,另外 60只眼老年性白内障采用拦截劈核技术。喇叭头可以使超声乳化手术在超高负压下进行。结果 :应用高负压行超声乳化吸除术组 ,缩短了超声时间 ,减少了能量应用。手术后角膜清亮 ,视力迅速恢复。结论 :应用拦截劈核结合高负压技术使浪涌减少 ,前房稳定 ,降低温度 ,减少对创口灼伤 ,这是一种安全、有效的方法。

Objective:To investigate the application of high vacuum method in phacoemulsification and evaluate its effect.Method:Stop and chop technique combined with high vacuum was used in phacoemulsification of senile cataracts in 60 eyes,and stop and chop technique was used to emulsify the senile cataracts in another 60 eyes.The Flared ABS tip enabled the ultrahigh vacuum phacoemulsification.Results:In the high vacuum group,the phaco time and energy used are less than that in the simple stop and chop group.The cornea is clear postoperatively and the visual acuity improves quickly.Conclusions:With the high vacuum method,the surge of the aqueous fluid is decreased,the anterior chamber is remarkably stable and the heat produced is less,thus the burning of the wound is reduced.This method is effect and safe.
