彩色多普勒超声诊断血管瘤的价值

目的评价彩色多普勒超声在皮下血管瘤诊断中的临床价值。方法应用彩色多普勒超声对30例皮下血管瘤声像图表现与手术和病理结果进行回顾性分析。结果经彩色多普勒超声检查的30例患者在皮下软组织内可见以混合回声、低回声、高回声为主的不均质回声和类似于管状、蜂窝状无回声,CDFI示可见丰富的血流信号,PW示可见静脉、动脉及动静脉血流频谱。结论彩色多普勒超声对皮下血管瘤诊断具有重要的价值。

Objective To evaluate the value of color doppler ultrasound in diagnosis of hemangioma. Methods Used color doppler ultrasound to analyze 30 cases of subcutaneous hemangioma ultrasonography and operation and pathology results. Results In 30 cases heterogeneous echogenicity were visible such as mixed echo、low echo、high echo、and no echo was found in tubular,honeycomb in the subcutaneous tissue,CDFI showed that the blood signals were abundant,PW showed visible vein,artery and vein flow. Conclusion Color doppler ultrasonography has important value in the diagnosis of subcutaneous hemangiomas。
