摘要
目的探讨临床男性手淫取精失败的解决方法。方法分析并介绍男性患者门诊精液检查时以及辅助生殖技术过程中取卵日手淫取精失败的原因及临床解决方案。结果男性手淫取精失败原因多归结于习惯、环境、心理压力等因素,取卵日手淫取精失败患者可行心理、药物、仪器、性交、前列腺精囊按摩、附睾睾丸手术等方法。结论临床男性手淫取精失败可用多种方法进行治疗。
Objective To investigate the clinical failure of male masturbation sperm retrieval solution. Methods Patients with egg retrieval date masturbation male sperm failure and solutions. Results The precise reason for the failure to take more than masturbation attributed to habits,environmental,psychological stress and other factors. Conclusion The clinical failure of male masturbation sperm variety of methods are available for treatment.
