中医综合疗法治疗中年人动眼神经麻痹37例

Integrated TCM Treatment for Oculomotor Paralysis in 37 Middle-aged Patients

目的:观察中医综合疗法治疗动眼神经麻痹的临床效果。方法:将74例中年动眼神经麻痹患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组各37例。对照组给予甲钴胺穴位注射治疗,治疗组在甲钴胺穴位注射治疗的基础上加用中医综合疗法。观察2组患者治疗前后的结果,经统计学分析处理,观察临床疗效。结果:治疗组和对照组患者的治疗有效率相比,治疗组明显高于对照组,且有统计学意义(P=0.035<0.05)。结论:中医综合疗法治疗中年人动眼神经麻痹疗效显著。

Objective：To observe efficacy of integrated TCM treatments on oculomotor paralysis.Methods：Seventy-four middle-aged patients were randomized to treatment group and control groups（n = 37）.Control group was given mecobalamin injection,in addition to it,treatment group received integrated TCM treatments.Clinical efficacy was compared before and after treatment using statistical analysis.Results：The effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group（P = 0.035 0.05）.Conclusion：Integrated traditional Chinese medicine therapy has significant efficacy for oculomotor in the middle-aged.
