中医药治疗失眠进展综述

Progress of Treatment for Insomnia with Chinese Medicine

文章综述了近年来中医对失眠的病因病机和治则治法的认识,从失眠的辩证论治和基本方治疗(经方应用、经验方加减)等方面系统回顾近年来中医治疗失眠的临床研究,对今后中医治疗失眠的临床研究提出建议。

This paper summarized the understanding of Chinese medicine for etiology,pathogenesis,therapeutic principles and methods of insomnia in recent years.The authors systematically reviewed clinical researches of treatment for insomnia with Chinese medicine based on syndrome differentiation and basic prescriptions（application of classical prescription and experienced prescription）.The authors also put forward advices on the clinical research of treatment for insomnia with Chinese medicine in the future.
