摘要
用秋水仙素溶液采用不同的方法处理玉米单倍体,结果表明:(1)处理的玉米单倍体加倍效率比自然加倍明显提高,其中浸根法和浸种法的加倍效率提高最大;(2)用不同因素处理玉米单倍体,采用0.06%秋水仙素浸泡胚芽切口的单倍体种子,浸泡处理12 h单倍体加倍效率最高。
In this study, we dealed with maize haploid through different treatments with the same colchicines. Our results showed that the doubling efficiency of maize haploid under different treatments was much higher than natural doubling, and the double efficiency by the soaking bud process and soaking root process was increased maximum. We dealed with these haploids with different elements, found that the rate of doubled haploid was highest by soaking with 0.06% colchicines for 12 hours.
