Clinical applications of 5% EMLA cream in dermatology

目的 :5 %恩纳霜或贴片是一种外用、表面麻醉剂。方法 :涂在皮肤上并用塑料薄膜 (或用 3M公司Tegaderm)封包维持 6 0～ 12 0min。结果 :它的局部麻醉效果可达到 87% ,止痛效果可维持 2～ 3h。结论 :5 %恩纳霜可以用在许多皮肤损害治疗时止痛 ,它特别适用于儿童 ,并且安全有效。

Objective:5% EMLA cream is a topical agent used as a superficial anesthetics.Methods:The skin is applied with 5% EMLA cream and occluded with plastic film (or Tegaderm,a product of 3M company)for 60～120 min.Results:The effective rate of anesthesia for the agent is 87% and its effect can be maintained for 2～3h.Conclusion:5% EMLA cream can be used as an analgesic in treatment of cutaneous lesions,especially for children.
