摘要
职业教育管理本位的评价目的观;主客对立的评价过程观;强调形式的评价内容观;追求统一的评价标准观,这些都对职业教育科研评价机制产生一定的异化,因此职业教育科研评价的理性复归,由管理、控制型评价转向服务、发展性评价,由一元评价主体独白走向多元评价主体对话、协商与共建,由注重形式化的结果评价转向全面关注过程的系统性评价,由简单进行数量化衡量走向多元综合化方法的评价,由统一化、标准化评价走向个性化、特色性评价。
On evaluation aim of vocational education management standard; Antagonism between subject and object of the evaluation process; Emphasis on forms of evaluation content view; Pursue unified view of the evaluation standard of all of these tothe vocational education scientific research evaluation mechanism to produce alienation, so vocational education scientific research evaluation rational return, controlled by the management evaluation towards service evaluation, the evalu- ation main body consists of single monologue to diversified dialogue and consultation and build the evaluation main body, by notice to the formal result evaluation to comprehensive systemic evaluation of the process, from simple to carry on the quantification measure to multiple comprehensive evaluation method, from the unification standardization evaluation to the personalized feature evaluation.
