高职院校校企合作课程开发的机制研究

Curriculum Development Mechanism Research of College-enterprise Cooperation in Higher Vocational Colleges

近年来,我国高职院校在国家政策的大力支持下蓬勃发展,校企合作的模式被广泛采用,合作范围逐渐扩大。但是在课程开发上还有所欠缺,使校企合作仍停留在表层,难以形成学校发展与企业获利的共赢机制,无法进一步缓解学生就业困难和企业"用工荒"的问题。本文从校企合作中课程开发存在的不足入手,探讨课程开发机制确立的具体步骤,为我国高职院校校企合作课程开发机制的确立提供思路和建议。

In recent years, higher vocational colleges in our country vigorous development under the support of national policy, uni- versity-enterprise cooperation mode is widely adopted, but cooperation scope expanding gradually and lacking in curriculum development, make the university-enterprise cooperation still stay on the surface, it is difficult to form school development with the enterprise profit and win-win mechanism, to further ease the students＇ employment difficult problem in this paper, from the cooperation between colleges and enterprise employee lie in the deficiency existing in curriculum development, this paper discusses the specific construction steps of course development mechanism to establish, for the establishment of the mechanism of college-enterprise cooperation in higher vocational colleges in our country curriculum development to provide ideas and suggestions.
