浅谈高校思想政治教育中的人文素质培养

Discussion on Humanistic Quality Education in the Ideological and Political Education of Colleges

人文素质是当前大学生走出学堂后直面工作与社会所必须具备的一种软实力,人文素质培养应纳入高校思想政治教育的工作内容中。本文首先阐述了高校思想政治教育中的人文素质培养的意义,然后在此基础上从四个方面展开论述了高校思想政治教育中人文素质培养的途径:构建良好的校园文化环境;构建合理的有利于人文素质培养的课程体系;建设一支高素质的教师队伍、管理干部;加强实践性教学环节。

Humanistic quality becomes a kind of soft power for the current college students, who are just out of school and have to face the work and the society. Humanistic quality training should be incorporated into the ideological and political education work. In this paper firstly explain the significance of the humanistic quality education in the ideological and political education of colleges and universities, and then on this basis, it＇s discussed from four aspects, including the way of humanistic quality＇s training; building the good campus culture environment; setting up the reasonable curriculum system, which is benefit for humanistic quality education; Organization with a high-quality teachers team and management leaders; the emphasis of practical teaching part.
