高职学生的公民素质对整个社会公民素质的提高具有重要影响。研究发现这一群体公民素质存在的问题主要有:公民身份意识淡薄、道德认知与道德行为不一致、参与意识与参与行为存在差异、现代法治精神缺乏等。出现上述问题的原因既有我国公民文化传统的缺乏及社会不良现象的影响,也有高职院校人才培养目标的认识偏差及思想政治课本身的局限性。只有发现问题找出原因,才能使教育取得更好的效果。
