摘要
目的 了解健康热线电话咨询在综合性医院中的应用。方法 对1349人次电话求询者资料进行汇总、分析及评估。结果 求询者主要分布在20~39岁年龄段,占70.6%,咨询问题主要是健康(占61.3%)、情绪问题(占8.4%)、睡眠问题(占5.0%)。处理方法包括解释(占63.2%)、疏泄(占7.9%)、应对能力指导(占4.0%)。结论 在现代社会中提高青年人的心理素质值得重视,同时在综合性医院中设立热线电话具有其现实意义。
Objectives: To investigate the application of the telephone counseling in general hospital. Method: We analyzed the data of 1349 calls. Results: The clients (70. 6%) are mainly from persons aged 20 to 39 years; counseling questions are healthy problems (61. 3%), emotional problems (8. 4%), sleep disorder (5.0%). The management includes explanation (63. 2%) , catharsis (7. 9%) , instruction of coping methods (4. 0%) etc. Conclusion: It is very important to improve the psychological quality of the youth, and it is helpful to set up telephone counseling in general hospital.
