采用EXCEL软件建立丝虫病监测资料管理数据库的初步探讨

ESTABLISHMENT ON DATABASE OF FILARIASIS SURVEILLANCE BY EXCEL SOFTWARE

为了规范湖北省丝虫病监测资料的管理和及时、准确地掌握各县 (市 )丝虫病监测情况 ,为合理安排丝虫病监测任务和进行消灭丝虫病审评提供依据 ,采用 EXCEL 软件建立了湖北省丝虫病监测资料管理数据库。试用结果表明 ,用该数据库对丝虫病监测资料进行管理 ,具有经济、简便。

Filariasis was basically eradicated in Hubei Province in 1988. Filariasis surveillance has been carried out in the Province since 1989. Much data was accumulated in most endemic counties & cities due to lasting a long period of surveillance. In the past years, the data was administrated by means of traditional way non computerization, so it was low efficient. In order to enhance the efficiency of data administration, a database of filariasis surveillance was established by EXCEL software in 1998. Information about filariasis monitoring from every endemic area can be obtained timely and accurately by virtue of the database, and as a result of that, some reasonable steps can be taken in surveillance.
