半夏的组织培养和植株再生

采用单因素比较的方法 ,考察了半夏愈伤组织生长的影响因素 ,结果表明激素水平、光照与否、氮素以及天然附加物均能直接影响其生长。此外 ,还就激素对半夏植株再生的影响做了研究 ,较低浓度的6- BA和 NAA对半夏的植株再生有利。

WT5BZ]The influence factors of callus growth of P.ternata were researched by single-factor comparation.The results showed that plant hormone,light,nitrogen and natural appendage all affected directly its growth,and the plant hormone influence over its plant regeneration also were researched,low density of 6-BA and NAA is bendficial to its regeneration.
