绩效研究新领域:适应性绩效 被引量:2

摘要 适应性绩效自提出以来,引起了学者们的广泛关注。本文从适应性绩效的概念、适应性绩效与任务绩效和周边绩效的关系、国内外适应性绩效结构研究及其影响因素分析等方面对适应性绩效的现有研究进行了整合,并指出了现有研究存在的不足以及未来研究的关注点。
