摘要
针对某陆空汽车变桨距式螺旋桨功能特点,对变桨距机构及螺旋桨桨毂进行设计。为减小起飞重量,对桨毂进行轻量化设计,分别在陆空汽车垂直起降和平飞的工况下进行仿真计算,并对桨距式桨毂在离心力方向、摆振方向、挥舞方向的应力、应变进行了校核。分析结果表明,该变桨距式桨毂设计能够满足陆空汽车各工况强度要求。
The controllable pitch propeller and the structure of pitch were designed according to the character- istics of controllable pitch propeller in one air - ground vehicle. In order to reduce the take off weight, the lightweight design was done for the hub and simulation calculations were carried out in the working condition when the air - ground vehicle was vertically landing and was straightly flying. The stress and strain of the hub in centrifugal force direction, shimmy direction and wave direction were checked in the vertical take - off and landing and flying conditions. The analysis results showed that the variable pitch hub design can meet the strength requirement and condition of the air- ground vehicle.
