摘要
在数控铣床加工中,刀具半径补偿指令是非常重要的指令,又称"刀补"。"刀补"指令对完成零件的编程加工,保证零件轮廓的准确性及加工精度至关重要。通过分析、比较和实践,得到了正确、灵活应用"刀补"指令和确定"刀补"指令数值的方法。应用该方法,可以顺利解决一些较复杂零件的数控铣削加工问题。
The cutter radius compensation command is a very important technique in the operation of numerical control milling machine, also known as "cutter compensation". It is only after mastering the instructions on the basis of correct and flexible applications and determining its value that the programming and processing of parts can therefore be completed,which is essential to guarantee the accuracy of the contour of the machining part.
