基于云呼叫中心的高校招生咨询系统设计

摘要 为解决高校传统招生咨询中存在的问题,给出了基于云呼叫中心的高校招生咨询系统总体框架,对系统的主要功能模块进行了详细设计。该系统的应用将大大降低高校建设招生咨询呼叫中心的成本,提升学校招生咨询服务能力,同时能较好地解决系统数据的安全性和保密性问题。 The general framework of the college admission consulting system based on cloud computing call center is buih to solve the problems existing in the traditional admission counsuhation. The main function modules of the system are designed in details. The application of the system will greatly reduce tile construc- tion cost of the college admission counsulting call center and improve the service, at the same time better solve the problems of datag security and confidentiality.
