进口贸易便利化对中国进口影响的实证检验

Effect of Trade Facilitation on Chinese Import Growth:An Empirical Test

本文将进口时间作为衡量进口贸易便利化水平的反映指标,利用排除多边阻碍因素的引力模型分析进口贸易便利化对中国进口的影响。分析结果表明,进口时间每降低1%,进口贸易将增长0.35个百分点。降低进口贸易中检验检疫环节时间是提高进口贸易便利化水平的首要选择。

With the import time as the index to reflect the level of import facilitation,the effect of trade facilitation on Chinese import was analyzed by using the gravity model without multilateral resistance.The results show that an 1% import time reduction will lead to 0.35% import growth.Therefore,to reduce the time of import inspection and quarantine will remarkably improve the level of trade facilitation and import growth.
