摘要
针对电弧炉电极调节的复杂过程,采用分段线性化方法,得出调节系统模型。为解决系统存在的频繁扰动和抖动,提出了一种Terminal变结构控制方法,实现对系统的快速跟踪控制和减小抖动。仿真结果表明,该方法能够在很短的时间内,使系统收敛到平衡位置,有效地抑制了抖动。
According to the complex process of electric arc furnace electrode regulator,using piecewise linearization method,the model of electrode regulator system is obtained.In order to solve disturbance and jitter of the system,a terminal variable structure control method is presented,with the result of the fast tracking control and weakening jitter.The results of simulation show that this method can make the system converge to the equilibrium position,and capability of restraining dithering.
