摘要
利用离子能量为250keV、脉冲宽度为80ns、离子组成为70%C++30%H+的强流脉冲离子束辐照GH3536,辐照次数分别为1、5、10、30、50、100次。采用SEM、XRD、EDS分析样品辐照后表面形貌、相组成和元素分布的变化。结果表明,HIPIB辐照后靶材表面变得光滑平整,近表层晶粒细化,产生择优取向,表层低熔点元素选择性烧蚀。随着辐照次数的增加,表层显微硬度呈减小-增加-减小的变化规律。截面显微硬度由于冲击波的存在也产生波动的变化规律。
The surface of GH3536 superalloy was treated by high-intensity Pulsed ion beam(HIPIB) with mixed ion(70%C+ +30%H+) energy=250keV,pulse duration=80ns,pulse Numbers N=1,5,10,30,50,100.The surface morphologies,phase constitutions distribution of elements was treated by SEM,XRD,EDS.It is found that the HIPIB irradiation can smooth the surface of the targets,reduce the grain size,induce(200)preferred orientation and selective ablation of low melting elements.With the increasing number of irradiation,the surface microhardness can change by decreas-increas-decrease.Cross-section microhardness is due to the existence of the shock wave to produce the rule of fluctuate.
