摘要 基于高职人才培养全过程的价值观教育整合贯通模式,目标上致力于专业人才培养目标与素质教育目标的有机结合,内容上致力于社会核心价值观与职业价值观的整合贯通,方式上致力于德育主渠道与专业渗透教育的最佳配应,方法上致力于理论、实践、养成一体化,过程上致力于入学教育、在校学习和顶岗实习三阶段的持续衔接,环境上致力于精神环境和心理氛围的营造,从而达到促进高职学生综合素质和可持续发展潜质的有效提升之目的。 Value concept education integration pattern based on the whole personnel training process in colleges can be understood as the following: its goal is to achieve the combination of professional talents with quality-oriented education; its content is to the integrate social core values with professional values; its way is to match moral value education with professional value education and to realize the theoretic and practical education perfectly integrating; its process include three phases, enrollment education, school education and internship; its environment is to set up positive spiritual and psychological atmosphere, so as to promote sustainable development of comprehensive college students.
